Job purpose

 

  • Handle all Service calls efficiently to gain Customer Satisfaction
  • Generate revenue through recommending Spare parts after service visit
  • To attend and prioritize service calls to minimize resolution time
  • Ensure sharing Best Practices within team to build more technical strength


Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Attend all service calls as per schedule given by Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
  • Submitting critical & recommended Spare Parts list to Customer after service visit
  • Timely submissions of Service reports and related reports to close calls raised in SAP
  • Improve technical skills to handle breakdown calls effectively to reduce downtime of MHEs
  • Decision making and problem solving attitude with joint team efforts
  • Always suggest ways in improving handling of Installations & Commissioning
  • Follow up on Payments with Customers
  • Implementing measures for enhancing Safety levels during service
  • Responsible for fulfilling all necessary documents related to Service activities


Qualifications:


  • Education : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
  • Specialized knowledge : Special course in Mechanical, Hydraulics and Electrical circuits
  • Skills : Technical Skills, Good Communication Skills
  • Abilities : To fulfill Customer’s requirement ensuring 90% uptime of MHEs
  • Other characteristics such as personal characteristics : Humbleness
  • Professional Certification : Course on basic Hydraulics & Electrical
  • Experience : 4 to 10 years
