1. Test and implement PLC programs for new and existing system. Exposure of design and developments in PLC will be added advantages.
2. Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of issues related to PLC hardware and software.
3. Travel to customer locations for system installation, commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support to team.
4. Conduct thorough investigations into system malfunctions, identify primary causes, implement corrective actions, and prepare comprehensive, professional RCA reports for customers.
5. Serve as the technical liaison with customers and OEM, managing expectations.
6.Providing training and guidance to customers and maintenance team as and when required.
7. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, manuals, and service records, ensuring all work
complies with relevant safety and quality standard.
8. Work on the emerging technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems and internal processes.
9. Knowledge and application of safety regulations of Customers.
